Aleixiano Consulting is the consulting arm of The Intensives Institute, which was formed to support intense leaders in their personal development and growth through education and individual support.  Leela Sinha is the principal consultant.

I tend to start from the premise that anything is possible, if you look at it right.

Innovation, or stagnation.  Growth, or death.  Getting out…or getting stuck.

I’ve seen too much stuff to believe that the obvious way is the only way, or that my first thought is the only possibility.  I believe in risk, in gut, in getting quiet and listening, and in getting out of the way.

When I saw Brigadoon in high school (it’s a musical) the line that stuck with me was, “If you want something badly enough, anything is possible.”

Maybe not quite ANYTHING, but lots of things.  Most things.  Maybe not how you thought, but maybe if you can figure out what you actually want, you can find another way to get there.

 So I want to know your story, your motives, your actual motives, and your actual-actual motives.  Then I want to know your resources, even the ones you think don’t matter or don’t count.

Then we can take a look at who you want to be and how we’re going to get you there…

and okay, what you think are your limits.  Some of them are probably real.  Some of them might not be..

Who am I?

If you take a bookworm, a theater geek, a hardcore crafter, a former IT specialist, a coach, and a minister with almost 20 years of experience and you put them in a blender…

If you combine 35+ years of workshop and leadership experience with trainings ranging from technical support to trauma awareness…

If you take a hefty dose of academics and a lifetime of intuition and a raft of intricate problem solving skills and make a sandwich..

If you want deep integrity, a vast array of skills that is definitely more than the sum of its parts, and what Henry Nelson Weiman would call creative interchange to mix into the core of your business or organization so that you NEVER lose track of it, or yourself, or the wellbeing of your people…

I’m a lot.  People tell me I’m a lot, and I don’t argue with them.  I bring organizational savvy, witchy woo, decades of experience working with people alone and together, an incredibly wise and diverse network (because lord knows I don’t know it all), and that solution you can’t quite put your finger on–but I can.

I’ve gone from working in first-dot-com IT to theater to woodworking, to bodywork, to ministry, to coaching, to consulting for restructuring small organizations or supporting leaders in forming and growing a company that will be sustainable and kind to everyone,  I take being the change we want to be in the world really personally, and really seriously  But that’s not to say we won’t have fun.
